Who we are

AI Compliance Lab is operated by Gergely Gombás, publishing the "EU AI Act Governance Cockpit" product at aicompliancelab.eu. For any privacy or data question, contact privacy@aicompliancelab.eu.

What data we collect

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate visit counts (e.g. how many people viewed a page). It is cookieless and does not track or fingerprint individual visitors. See Cloudflare's Web Analytics privacy approach. We do not use advertising scripts. We only receive personal data when you make a purchase, and that data is collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe, on our behalf: your name, email address, billing details, and payment method. We receive your name, email, and purchased product from Stripe after a successful payment, so we can identify your order if you contact us for support.

How we use your data

• To fulfil your order (send/confirm access to the purchased Notion workspace and n8n workflow).
• To respond to support requests you send us.
• To comply with tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately opt in.

Third parties involved in processing

• Stripe: payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Netlify: website hosting. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.
• Notion: product delivery (you duplicate the workspace into your own Notion account; Notion's own privacy policy governs your use of Notion itself).

Data retention

We retain order and support records for as long as necessary to comply with applicable tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years), after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@aicompliancelab.eu. We will respond within 30 days.

Terms of sale

• All products are digital goods, delivered instantly as a link to duplicate a Notion workspace and (for applicable tiers) an n8n workflow file.
• By completing checkout, you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that, as a result, the EU 14-day withdrawal right for digital content does not apply once delivery has started, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

• Prices are shown in EUR. VAT is calculated automatically at checkout where applicable.
